Small Group training

Your unique fitness program is based on the number of times per week (One day counts as a visit, so you can use as many classes in one day that you would like) you wish to attend.

Each program includes the accountability aspect of setting appointments, designed to provide you with support and encouragement to reach your fitness goals. All programs come with the guarantee of providing you with the individual attention as you train of personal training and the energy of small group sessions at an affordable rate.

Our goal is to provide challenging 30 minute workout sessions designed around cardio, fitness, bag work, and stretching that our clients can participate in before or after their normal workouts with us at no extra cost.

New Programs!
KO Boxing

Classes combine bag work and fitness movements related to boxing, with an emphasis on agility, strength and endurance. May incorporate tools such as jump rope and shadow boxing, and have core and ab drills mixed in. Push according to your level. Some classes may feature more advanced technique along with mitt work or light physical partner contact and drills. This is a 30-minute class.

KO KICK-Boxing

A variation on the KO Boxing class, KO KICK-Boxing emphasizes kicking drills using the round-house, front, side and heel kicks. Push according to your level. Some classes may feature more advanced technique along with mitt work or light physical partner contact and drills. This is a 30-minute class.

KO Functional Fitness

A circuit-based, full-body class which offers creative and efficient exercises focused on toning and strengthening. Functional movements combined with traditional weight training techniques will break down muscle tissue and help define and sculpt the body. This is a 30-minute class.

KO BoxFit

45 minutes of a more challenging and advanced array of boxing and kickboxing combinations in conjunction with fast-paced fitness drills. Feel the burn from weights, bands, bag and mitt work.

KO Boxing Fundamentals

Back to the basics. This 60-minute class breaks down each boxing movement and builds proper technique and form. From your stance and footwork to your jab, cross and hooks, you’ll leave this class more confident and able to take your boxing to the next level.

KO Funky Fight Club

45 minutes of a fun and unique class that focuses on the fundamentals of boxing with classic rock and funky tunes setting the mood. These classes use combos, light sparring movements, counters, and boxing-agility drills to get that sweat on.

KO Boxing Boot-Camp

60 minutes of powerful and challenging exercises, geared around circuits that will include bag and mitt work, as well as partner drills to give you that extra push. Some drills may take place outside. Expect a HUGE calorie burn workout!

KO Fitness Boot-Camp

60 minutes of circuit and self-timing stations that give you serious burn and results. Using bands, functional stations, kettles, cardio intervals training, and light road work, you will get a creative and fun full-body workout. Push according to your level.

*All small-group training classes are open to all levels. Always push according to your level and inform coaches of any injuries or concerns. Coaches will offer modifications or other options as needed.

All programs come with the guarantee of providing you with the support and attention from our coaches as you train in small group classes. Having your coach correct technique, give support, encouragement, and thriving of the energy from the others working hard aside you, with an average of 2-6 in a class and boxing 2-8 average

Our goal is to provide challenging and effective 30 minute workout sessions designed around cardio, fitness, bag work, kickboxing, boxing, weightlifting, and stretching that our clients can participate for unlimited small group classes, and do as many as you want.

Intro and Privates sessions are also available.

Keep it Real: 6 Month minimum commitment (then month to month)
