Your unique fitness program is based on the number of times per week (One day counts as a visit, so you can use as many classes in one day that you would like) you wish to attend.
Each program includes the accountability aspect of setting appointments, designed to provide you with support and encouragement to reach your fitness goals. All programs come with the guarantee of providing you with the individual attention as you train of personal training and the energy of small group sessions at an affordable rate.
Our goal is to provide challenging 30 minute workout sessions designed around cardio, fitness, bag work, and stretching that our clients can participate in before or after their normal workouts with us at no extra cost.

Our fitness classes are always evolving daily and with each coach to bring you a circuit station based variation of core, abs and bands for toning and building. Functional movements added traditional weight training techniques designed to break down muscle tissues and help define and sculpt the body.
Designed to be 40-45 minutes of a more challenging & advanced array of boxing and kickboxing combinations. KO BOXFIT offers fast paced fitness drills with exciting and rewarding bag and mitt drills. The second half of the workout will be slower but provide a deeper burn of fitness weights and bands work.
Boxing class using a combination of bag work and fitness movement related to boxing. Light running & agility along with core and ab work is mixed in. Push according to your level. Some classes will feature more advanced technique drills along with mitt work or light physical contact.
Same as Boxing except we add 4 variations of kicks and drills around the combos including round house, front, side, and knees.
All programs come with the guarantee of providing you with the support and attention from our coaches as you train in small group classes. Having your coach correct technique, give support, encouragement, and thriving of the energy from the others working hard aside you, with an average of 2-6 in a class and boxing 2-8 average
Our goal is to provide challenging and effective 30 minute workout sessions designed around cardio, fitness, bag work, kickboxing, boxing, weightlifting, and stretching that our clients can participate for unlimited small group classes, and do as many as you want.
Intro and Privates sessions are also available.

- We also offer Executive Training Packages which include unlimited classes and a private training session every week. $425 value for only $279 per month with a minimum 6 month commitment!
